If your fare allows it, yes: pick a new day in the “Change flight” section of your booking page. The airline's change fee and any fare difference are shown before you confirm. Some low fares can't be changed; we say so when you choose a fare.
For every flight we show whether a personal item, cabin bag and checked bag are included, with weights and sizes, on the flight card and when you choose a fare. You can add extra bags (several, or a heavier one if offered) when booking or later with “Add bags”; we also show the airline's maximum there.
Usually not for connections on the same ticket. Routes combining different airlines may require it; we clearly mention this on the flight card.
Your passport or ID card must be valid for the whole trip; some countries require a few more months of validity after you return. Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality and destination; check the destination's official source before you fly.
